Our work is informed by evidence based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, MBCT, DBT and ACT. These approaches build awareness of thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns. identify biases, and develop self regulation.
We use coaching frameworks (including NLP) to form sustainable goals, understand current mindsets, identify mind-body patterns, and alter limiting beliefs.
Our work is deeply rooted in the idea of conscious and intentional living. Mindfulness is an important tool to guide attention, develop presence and compassion.
We utilise a number of tools and methods from expressive arts therapy (art, dance and movement, theatre, voicework and yoga). We use a combination of approaches in our work with both individuals and groups.
Working with the body and breath is integral to what we do. We are long-term practitioners of awareness practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, vocal music and movement forms.
