In our society driven by consumerism and productivity, the experience of anxiety, isolation and mental distress has been higher than ever before. It is becoming increasingly challenging to regulate our lifestyle and emotions, and to maintain harmony in our relationships. Further, with the pandemic, many of us are beginning to look inward and seek ways to live more meaningful lives. We want to make conscious and sustainable changes to the way we think, feel and live. It is in this context that we reach out to serve with our skills and abilities.
We are a team of qualified professionals with experience in clinical psychology, therapy, expressive arts, coaching and experiential learning. Having been on personal journeys of healing and inner work ourselves, our work at Svadhyaya is an integration of our professional training and experiential process.
Growth, harmony, creative self-expression and fun are core values to our work and life. We hold a social justice stance and are intersectional in our approach. This makes us inclusive, queer friendly, gender neutral, promoting safety and respect for all.
